We've known about this wave for quite some time, and we've gotten a few unofficial images here and there, but now Mattel has finally released their own official image for the upcoming Masters of the Universe Masterverse/Reveleation wave 4 figures.
This wave will include the Viking He-Man and Barbarian Skeletor from "New Eternia" as well as Mer-Man and Teela in her classic look from the Revelation Netflix series.
They're so close to getting a better face for He-Man, but they're still not nailing it. That original, classic 80's sculpt is He-Man to me, and I'm sure to many others who grew up on the line. He has a very realistic look, but Mattel keeps doing these cartoony, weird heads for the Most Powerful Man in the Universe, which just keeps missing the mark. I think a lot of it has to do with the simplistic paint job on his eyes. A repaint on this head would probably look ten times better.But, this head is better than the first release Revelations He-Man, so I guess that's progress.
