The upcoming
Transformers: Robots in Disguise is definitely going to be more of a children's cartoon than the previous Transformers: Prime series was. Thus, looking at these new figures from
Hasbro, they also seem to be created more with kids in mind than previous Transformers figures. This has been a growing trend for a while, and though I'm not a Hasbro TF collector myself (I only collect the Takara Masterpiece line), I know that collectors have been more and more disappointed with TF figures as of late, especially the Age of Extinction series.
There are two new figures for the more adult collectors out there in the form of
Huffer and
Thundercracker in the
Generations line, but, other than that, the pickings are slim.
