I like this figure a little more than Cap, even though I'm not a huge Daredevil fan. He's pretty close to his classic costume other than the shoulder pads and some extra details on his boots, gloves and belt.
I especially like the way they did the rope on his billy clubs. The addition of a Matt Murdock sculpt is also great, although I don't really see the point of the "battle-damage" head sculpt other than trying to justify the $80 price.
