It's well known that if NECA can re-use a sculpt, they will. And as often and as many times as possible. So this "Midas" armor was simply a forgone conclusion since it is simply a gold version of the Mk VII.
I know Hot Toys also made a figure based on this armor, but I don't even remember it in the film. Maybe I blinked...
