TOY NEWS FOR 8/10/2013 - NECA - NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET - FREDDY KRUEGER - NES VERSION

To compliment this year's SDCC NES version of Jason, NECA is also planning a release of a NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) version of Freddy Krueger as well.

This figure will be non-exclusive, but unlike the Jason, will have no glow-in-the-dark features. The box, however, will be just like the Jason in that is will be a homage to the original NES game box-- which, to me, is the coolest feature of these figures.
