Here's a look at some product pictures for 30th Anniversary line of Mattel's Super Powers (originally produced by Kenner in 1984).
We've got some new information on this line.
- It will only be these six figures, no more after that.
- They will be sold exclusively on MattyCollector.com
- There is no subscription service.
- They will be released in two groups of three, and can all be purchased individually.
- The first group will be Superman, Batman and Wonderwoman
- The second group will be Green Lantern as The Riddler (originally an Argentinian release, the card will be all in Spanish), Gold Superman and Mr. Mxyzptlk.
- They will all be blister carded with no interior bubble, like the original figures.
- Each figure will come with a polybagged part to build a Super Powers deco'ed Kalibak, so you don't have to open the figure to get the part.
- They will be $30 each, but after shipping and tax, expect to be looking at over $40 each, if you live in the US.
Release date to be announced.
Why is Green Lantern dressed up like The Riddler?
ReplyDeleteHe was released this way in Brazil's "Super Amigos" line, no idea why, though.
