This droid, and a few other like him, were seen in a quick, dark and shadowy scene in the episode of The Book of Boba Fett where the Armorer tells Mando the history of Mandalore. From what I can remember, these droids were only seen in complete silhouette. But, when there's money to be made from collectors, there's a toy company ready to take it.
