I assume that Thanos will be a player in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy film to some degree, and the common thought is that he'll be the main villain in Avengers 3.
I have to say that I'm pretty happy with this set for the most part-- but what's a Thanos set without Thanos??
Maybe Hasbro knows that everyone just uses the Marvel Select version of Thanos in with Marvel Legends collection anyway, so what's the point of making their own Thanos figure?
Included in this set will be a new version of Blackbolt and his wife/queen Medusa. Joining them will be Star-Lord, Blastaar and Gladiator. I'm not personally clamoring for either Blastaar or Gladiator, but the others are certainly welcome additions to the line.
The set will retail for $99.99 exclusively at SDCC. At $20 each at retail, the price for this set is just perfect!
