Our hope was that the head and hands would be made of translucent plastic with a light-up feature, but from the looks of this pic, that doesn't seem to be the case. A glowing electrical character without a light-up features seems kinda weak on Hot Toys' part-- especially considering that Hasbro made a $10 figure with that exact feature!
But I guess we won't know for sure until the official pics are released-- which we should be seeing within the next few days.
