Most NECA 2-packs end up being Toys R Us exclusives, so I'm assuming that will be the case here as well.

TOY NEWS FOR 4/27/2013 - NEAC - BIOSHOCK - SPLICER 2-PACK
NECA has Tweeted out an image of their forthcoming Splicer 2-Pack from the Bioshock series.
Most NECA 2-packs end up being Toys R Us exclusives, so I'm assuming that will be the case here as well.
