HASBRO - FAN FIRST TUESEDAY - GI JOE WITH NEW REVEALS AND PRE-ORDERS

It's my favorite of all the Fan Firsts today-- GI Joe!

We got a look at a nice bit of new stuff today, along with some early productions samples of figures shown off as digital renders in the last live stream.

Strangely, even though those pictures of Dr Mindbender were leaked weeks ago, they didn't address him at all. I'm sure it will be a part of the "Joe June" livestream an will also be a PulseCon/SDCC exclusive.

So, let's go through everything that was shown today.

First up were the digital renders of upcoming figures that won't be going up for pre-order until a later date.

There will be another Snake Eyes/Timber 2-pack headed our way. This version of Snake Eyes will have green pants and more contrast on the costume with the darker colors in black and shades of grey. Timber will also be closer to his original '85 colors.

The next two reveals will be coming in the 6" Retro Carded line. It's two majorly popular figures-- Storm Shadow and Zartan.

Zartan will look much more like his classic figure with some Sunbow cartoon touches like the green eyes. Storm Shadow will have a more classic look as well with the original forearm wraps, bare hands and gray feathers on his arrows as opposed to the red feathers on his Classified figure.

There will be another Cobra army builder pack heading our way with this Cobra Ninja 2-Pack. These look kinda cool, but this is probably the only reveal that I'll be personally passing on.

There was a reveal for another figure coming to the Tiger Force line. They didn't specify if it would be a Target Exclusive, but since it's TF, it probably will be.

It's TF Duke and a RAM Cycle in with TF deco. While the RAM wasn't deco'ed in TF colors in the original line, they did an awesome job designing this new version.

The final digital reveal that will be going up for pre-order at a later date was a major blast from the past. The original celebrity Joe-- Sgt Slaughter.

If you're like me, you got a Sarge from Action Force and turned him into a Sarge for your Joe display. Well, now we can call get the real deal straight from the Joe line. The hat, whistle and glasses will all be removable. They also said that he'll be coming with a special accessory.

Moving on to what will be going up for pre-order today at 1pm Eastern Time, we got some final reveals of figures that we only saw digital renders of during the last GI Joe live stream.

First up are the Tiger Force/Python Patrol figures that will be Target exclusives with some limited quantities going up for pre-order on Hasbro Pulse.

(I'm still waiting on the first round of Tiger Force/Python Patrol figures to freakin' ship!)

With the Tiger Force line, they showed off both Bazooka and Recondo. I'll definitely be pre-ordering these, but I do wish they had gone with the original designs first. But, we know how this works. Even if you didn't really want a TF version of Bazooka and Recondo, but you really want a Bazooka and Recondo in your Joe collection, then you'll buy these to get those characters. Hasbro knows this, and will sell you the ones you "kinda" want first so they can sell you the ones you "really" want later. now they've made 50 bucks off of you instead of just $25.

They Python Patrol Trooper will also be going up for pre-order today, as well.

In the main line Classified series, there will be three new figures going up for pre-order today at 1pm Eastern Time.

They will also be figures that we only saw digital renders of last time around. Today you can pre-order the Crimson Guard, Dusty and Zarana.

Dusty will come with two pair of goggles. One that fit on his helmet, and one that fits on his face. Zarana will come with two sets of hair sculpts that you can swap out. One will be a more modern interpretation (that's seen a lot in the comics) and the "classic" style hair.

All of these will go up for pre-order at all major online retailers and are not exclusives.

That's it for now! Grab 'em if ya want 'em!
