News is coming out out of the Tokyo Toy show that the yet to be announced MP-20 will be, quote: "...will finally be that character, that car model which the license was very difficult to obtain."
This quote comes from Takara's Shogo Hasui.
The most notoriously difficult car license for Takara to obtain has always been Volkswagen because they do not want their name to be associated with anything that is "war related". This is mainly due to the fact that Volkswagen comes out of Germany and was actually founded by the Nazi Trade Union. They also provided most of the transportation for the German armies during WWII, so it's only natural that Volkswagen would want to distance themselves from anything relating to their origins.
If Takara has somehow been able to convince Volkswagen to join Nissan and Lamborghini in the Transformers Masterpiece line, it would be a huge coup for them as Bumblebee is a major player in the TF Universe.
My other guess would be Porsche/Jazz. We know it won't be Tracks or Hound because both Corvette and Jeep appeared in the Binaltech line, so those haven't been hard for Takara to acquire. And it won't be Sunstreaker, Ironhide or Ratchet because Takara already has the license for Lamborghini and Nissan.
This leaves a few wildcard characters in the form of Mirage (a Formula-1 Racer) and Wheeljack (Lancia Stratos "Turbo")
If I were a betting man, I'd put my money on Bumblebee, but I guess we'll all find out once the figure is finally announced.
