The character shown above it "Tigertrack"-- and not Sunstreaker. Tigertrack was an original 80's Transformers that was only released in Japan as a mail-away. This Masterpiece version is an e-Hobby exclusive figure.

Found these photos from the Tokyo Toy Show and thought I'd pass them along to the rest of you here-- especially those who are just as excited as I am to add these three new Autobots to your Masterpiece collection.
If you are a Transformers fan and/or collector, these are the toys you always wished your Transformers were like when you you were a kid! Instead of being, well, to be honest, just un-posable "bricks".
