TOY NEWS FOR 6/3/2013 - SDCC 2013 - MEZCO - EXCLUSIVE - BREAKING BAD "LAB SUIT" WALTER WHITE

I have been pretty anxious about Mezco's Breaking Bad line ever since I saw saw the pictures many months ago. I was even more excited knowing the master sculptor, and major Breaking Bad fan, Trevor Grove would be doing the sculpts.

I'm going to have to put my excitement tentatively on hold though because, much like all the other pictures we've seen of these figures, there still seems to be no joints anywhere. If it has no joints-- or if it only moves at the neck and shoulders-- then it's not an action figure, it's just a plastic statue, and I don't collect plastic statues.

Hopefully the actual figure will have the appropriate articulation or else I'm calling this line dead on arrival as far as this collector is concerned.

This is the SDCC Exclusive version which is basically the same as the general release other than the fly swatter accessory and the Los Pollos Hermanos slipcase that the figure will come in.
