This will be the largest SH Monsterarts figure to date. Word is that Bandai put a lot of work into this figure (not that they usually don't), going so far as to bring in the original designer from the film to approve the final figure.
Biollante will stand at 12" tall and features a light-up feature with a color changing gimmick.
You'll need to clear off some shelf space for this one by Nov/Dec when it'll be released at price of $229.99
