TOY NEWS FOR 7/4/2013 - McFARLANE TOYS - THE WALKING DEAD - COMIC SERIES - WAVE 2

Here are the official pics from McFarlane Toys of the Comic Book Series Wave 2 figures.

I did a little Photoshop touch up on the pics to give 'em a bit more pop. (Which I have to do more often to a lot of these pics than you'd think.) McFarlane is wisely paralleling the Comic Book Series line with the events of the TV series, presumably in the hopes that more fans of the television show will also buy the comic book figures.

One cool thing to note about this series is that Penny will not only come with the fish tank full of zombie heads, but that one of those heads will be of Michonne's other "pet", Terry. So, if you have two "Pet Mike" zombies, you can turn the other one into Terry-- Michonne's other pet!

These will be released in August at the usual places. One personal suggestion, try to pick them up at Gamestop. Not all the stores stock them, but if yours does, they will be quite a bit cheaper there than they will be a Toys R Us.
