In order to get this figure, you must sign up to become a club member (and pay the membership fee) for 2014. When you do, this figure will ship to you for free!!

If the Joe Club follows the same patten as the past few years, you'll be able to purchase this figure both in a baggie and carded some time after Joecon 2014. Of course, to do this, you must also be a Club Member.
In a unprecedented first, the Joe Club will also be offering an exclusive vehicle for one of their exclusive driver figures! If you're a Club member, you'll also be able to purchase the Havok Mk II! (Which is just a repaint of the Snow Cat.)
No word on the price, but don't expect to to be the same as it would at retail as this will be a very limited edition.
