But there are still those who prefer a more original toy likeness, and if you're one of those, then 3rd party (ie not licensed) company Dr. Wu has got you covered. Well, at least in terms of your Prowl and Bluestreak figures.
Attaching cleanly and easily to your Masterpiece figure's cartoon styled shoulder launchers (much like the Aamazon Japan exclusive launchers) are these more G1 toy accurate versions.
Each of the "Warhead" sets-- one styled for Prowl, the other for Bluestreak-- will include two launcher and three pairs of missiles, each in a different style.
Then there is a separate set just for Prowl called the "Omega Launcher" set by Before and After. This will come with the two launchers and one pair of missiles along with a sticker set that will allow you to create Prowl in a much more accurate style to the original toy.
Finally, there is yet another set that seems to be based more on the Dreamwave style comic book art.
This set by Guilty will include two sets of launchers, one red, the other white (although there is also a black launcher shown in the pic) and a missile for each launcher. There is also some kind of antenna set include. Not sure what that is...
All three sets should be available early next year.
The Dr. Wu and Before & After sets will retail for around $15 each, while the Guilty "Punishment" set will sell for $29.99
