I love SH Figuarts for producing bikes for so many of their Kamen Rider figures. After all, they are Kamen (Masked) Riders!
While it hasn't been confirmed, judging from these pics, it looks like the bike will include some extra pieces for the tails on Wizard's coat that give a "blowing in the wind" look while he's on the bike.
The release date is set for May in Japan with a price of Y4,200 (approx $45.00)
