Yeah... if only it was that easy.
From what we can tell so far, it seems that these stands will only be available with the Kamen Rider Wizard Flame Dragon figure and Machine Winger cycle. When you buy these items, they will include one stand from this assortment of various figures.
So, they won't be released individually and if you want, say, Kabuto and OOO's, you'd have to by two Kamen Rider Wizard Flame Dragon figures, each with one of those stands.
Yep, that's the worst way possible to make these available. At least you get to pick which stand you want, though...
