HASBRO - GI JOE - FAN FIRST THURSDAY REVEALS AND NEW PRE-ORDERS NOW OPEN

Well, it was quite a day of sweet reveals if you-- like me-- are a big GI Joe fan.

There's a lot to go over, so let's start things with all the new figures that are now officially open for pre-order at most major online retailers, including Hasbro Pulse and Amazon.

While in the last live stream we only saw digital renders for these figures, we're now getting a look at the actual product with all of their accessories and packaging.

All three of these new guys have been personal fan favorites of mine since I was a kid.

The lone Joe in this upcoming wave is (Sgt) Stalker. He looks perfectly classic without his shemagh (scarf), but he also looks awesome with it, so I'm torn on how I'll personally be displaying him.

Then we have The Twins-- Tomax and Xamot. I would love for Hasbro to make a Ferret for the Classified line since that's how I always played with them as a kid. That was their vehicle.

These new renditions looks absolutely amazing.

And the final pre-order open for today is this internet exclusive box set featuring two Cobra Vipers (slightly different colors than the original Target Exclusive Cobra Island release) along with a Viper Officer.

There are two other exclusive sets that opened up for pre-order today that are only available on Hasbro Pulse.

First up is the second O-Ring style set with the the Cobra (Trooper) and Cobra Officer

UPDATE - The Transformers x GI Joe will not be an exclusive to Hasbro Pulse. Only the O-Ring 2-Pack will be. The TF x Joe set can also be purchased through other online retailers.

The next set was rumored, but still a bit of a surprise to most fans. There will be a new line of GI Joe x Transformers, much like the San Diego Comic-Con sets from years past. But, this time out, Hasbro is creating all new Transformers that scale perfectly with the O-Ring Joes.

This will be a cool new addition if you're a Transformers and GI Joe fan. But, if you're just wanting the O-Ring Joes then this is kind of a bad news situation, because, to get the carded O-Ring Baroness, she'll only be coming with this set. But, the good news is that you can keep Megatron as the HISS Tank in his tank form and any of the original or new O-Ring figures will fit perfectly in the driver's seat.

When I was a kid, I always dreamed of Transformers that scaled with my Joes, so this is hitting all of the cool happy nostalgia buttons for me.

And that covers everything that you can currently pre-order right now. The release dates on a lot of this stuff is freaking ridiculously far away, but, hopefully we'll see a lot of it sooner than planned.

Now, on to some new reveals!

If you keep on top of news and rumors, then we already knew three of these figures were coming, but the rest were a full on surprise.

First up, in the regular retail Classified line, we have five new reveals.

On the Joe side, we're getting Dusty and Kamakura.

One the Cobra side, we have Dr Mindbender and Zarana heading our way along with a Crimson Guard Trooper for our Tomax and Xamot to command.

And now on to all of our most hated topic when it comes to Joe-- exclusives. On the Target exclusive front, we were shown three new figures. For Tiger Force, we'll be getting Bazooka and Recondo. To beef up the Cobra Python Patrol ranks, we have a Python Patrol Trooper heading our way.

Hopefully these will be as easy to pre-order as the last wave was.

We also got our first look at some early samples the upcoming 6" Classified Retro series figures on their cards and with their accessories.

They did address the Baroness release that hit a Walmart about a month ago. Walmart was not supposed to put that figure out yet, but they might be hitting stock rooms across the country with a street date that needs to be adhered to for now.

This will be >sigh< Walmart exclusives. I hope we can eventually pre-order them on Walmart's website, although they'll only arrive smashed and crushed and completely destroyed..........

And that wraps up GI Joe for today! Unless you count Wave 3 of Super7's ReAction line-- which is posted up above this post.
