Hopefully you already saw saw the post from earlier today announcing Playmates' The Last Ronin figure. Coming on the heels of that reveal is the reveal that there will be a random B&W variant version randomly packed into cases of the figure. So, that means, if you order blindly online, there's no guarantee which figure you will eventually get, unless the site sells them as two separate figures, of course.
The best way to secure the version you want is to hope that your comic shop orders a case and you're there early to get your pick of the two.
