These are what are called "swap-out" figures because they will replace other figures in the series that are currently showing up at retail.
Spider-Girl will replace Black Cat in the assortment, while Boomerang will replace Beetle.
No word on when that will be happening, but with the limited amount of Black Cats that will end up being available at retail, this swap-out isn't going to make her any easier to find.
