NY COMIC-CON - DON'T FORGET YOUR THUNDERCATS MINIMATES SERIES 2 SET

If you're headed out to the New York Comic-Con this upcoming weekend-- and you're a Thundercats fan-- then I'm sure you'll be picking up the second series of Minimates figures from the Action Figure Xpress booth (#556).

As much hope as we Thundercats fans had for Bandai's efforts, it looks like this will be the only way to actually amass a decent collection of various Thundercats figures. Admittedly, it's not my favorite format of figures (I thought Bandai's 6" T-Cats Classic figures were just great!), but I'm definitely appreciative to Art Asylum and Action Figure Xpress for delivering us these wonderful sets.

A 3rd set was shown at SDCC this year, but there's still no word on where/when that set will be available. (see pic below)
