Straight up-- I am NOT a fan of this suit. Waaaay too much yellow. But, anyway....
The sculpt looks nice. Certainly comparable to their previous 6" Iron Man figures.

No other info has accompanied this photo, so no release date, scale and pricing info as of yet.
UPDATE: Apparently this is one of those 10" electronic figures that ends up cluttering the shelves 10 months after the movie has been released. Comes out in Feb (that's pretty early!) with a retail of 19.99
