TOY NEWS FOR 7/31/2014 - SDCC 2014 COVERAGE - FOUR HORSEMEN STUDIOS - MYTHIC LEGIONS

I was completely blown away by the Four Horsemen's new Mythic Legions action figure line. It's wholely unique and unlike anything else out there right now-- but then again, that's what the Four Horsemen are all about.

Shown at SDCC were the 2-Up's (larger scaled sculpts that will be shrunk down to half their size for actual production) in a showcase featuring no less than 16 fully sculpted and painted prototypes, all of which are brilliantly designed and impressive as hell.

I was never a D&D guy as a kid, and I'm not a Magic the Gathering guy now, but I did have all of the D&D action figures as a kid and I can certainly appreciate badass looking action figures regardless of the subject matter-- and these certainly fit into that category.

FHS will be launching this line as a Kickstarter in Feb or March of 2015, right after they show the line again at Toy Fair. The scale of the production figure will be in the 4" range, much like their Outer Space Men and Power Lords lines.
